Effective Date: February 4, 2026
Welcome to iLOVEtech (found at https://ilovehouseplant.com/). We’re glad you’re here for Tech, Refreshed. By accessing our website, you’re agreeing to the following terms. They aren’t as exciting as a new GPU launch, but they keep the lights on and the community safe. If you don’t agree with these terms, we’ll be sad to see you go, but you should stop using the site immediately.
1. Intellectual Property
Everything you see here—the articles, the “Tech, Refreshed” tagline, the logos, and the code—belongs to iLOVEtech unless we’ve credited someone else. You’re welcome to share links, but please don’t scrape our content or pass it off as your own. That’s just bad “netiquette.”
2. Use of the Site
We provide tech insights and updates for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. While using the site, you agree not to:
- Attempt to hack, decompile, or otherwise “refresh” our code without permission.
- Spam our comment sections with bot-generated nonsense.
- Use our content for any illegal purposes.
3. Accuracy of Information
We strive for 100% accuracy, but the tech world moves faster than a fiber-optic connection. iLOVEtech provides content “as is.” We aren’t responsible if a software update we recommended yesterday suddenly glitches today. Always back up your data!
4. Third-Party Links
Sometimes we link to other cool tech sites or products. Once you click those links, you’re leaving our digital backyard. We don’t control what happens on those external sites, so browse with your usual caution.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iLOVEtech and its creators won’t be held liable for any “tech-tastrophes” (data loss, hardware fried by your own DIY attempts, or missed deadlines) resulting from the use of our site.
6. Changes to These Terms
We might update these terms as the site evolves. When we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date” at the top. Your continued use of the site means you’re cool with the new version.
7. Contact Us
Got questions about the fine print? Drop us a line at hello@ilovehouseplant.com (or your updated tech email).
Note: This is a general template. If you plan on selling products or collecting sensitive user data, you might want to have a legal pro give this a once-over to ensure you’re fully covered!
